Job Description:
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills :
1. Experience troubleshooting and administering applications which run on Windows systems.
2.Demonstrated experienced leveraging automated build and deploy tools in .NET based environments preferably practicing continuous integration.
3.Experience with tools such as Splunk, PerfMon, App Dynamics, or other APM tools used in support of assessing and monitoring the performance of web applications.
- Manage production, DEV and UAT Application performance monitoring
- Instrumentation for monitoring the health and availability of services including fault detection, alerting, triage and recovery (automated and manual
- Performance management, including benchmarking and monitoring of vital metrics, capacity planning, and resolution of performance problems affecting service levels.
- Troubleshoot and identify root cause of issues in a complex environment
- Optimize our build and deploy process using current CI/CD tools as well as design and develop further automation tools as needed
- Communicate often with business partners on team status and any open issues, making sure to escalate any concerns quickly and concisely.
- Handle production outages and issues in a timely and effective manner to guarantee business SLAs.
- Be part of a team that provides 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis
Perform other job related functions as assigned.

Roles and responsibility:
''? Experience in Operational Support and DevOps operations.
Experience in Nagios.
Experience in CHEF Configuration Management tool.
Experience with system monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Keynote, Splunk. Zabbix, Nagios, etc
Experience with debugging using one or more of the following: Visual Studio, Windbg, and
Netmon/Wireshark.
Adept at troubleshooting and administering Windows systems, dealing with networking issues,
Setting up databases, and fine tuning instrumentation and alerting systems.
Have a solid understanding of web-enabling technologies including Windows web servers, IIS,
.Net, scripting, clustering and other high-availability architectures, TCP/IP, along with various
web and administrative tools
Demonstrated experience working in continuous integration environments, with a strong
Preference for familiarity with TeamCity and MSBuild, MSTest integrations.
Familiarity in database development or administration preferably with SQL Server
Hands on experience in creating, evaluating, and updating product documentation
Demonstrated experience of agile processes, continuous integration, test automation and
release management.
An eagerness to learn enough about whatever tools or tricks are needed to get the job done
Team player who wants to both teach others and learn from others
Passion for and ability to work with software development teams releasing production-ready
software on a daily basis
