Position: Desktop Support / Deployment
Location: Midtown Manhattan
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:
- Assist in the installation of new workstations and hardware to existing workstations
- Assist in the deployment of Windows 10 to all workstations and address any issues that may
arise
- Ensure all user files and the necessary applications have been restored to the workstation
post migration
- Ensure all workstations exist within each endpoint management platforms and resolve any
inconsistency
- Implement new McAfee Server and deploy McAfee DLP to all non-US branches in North and
South America
- Apart from project related tasks, the consultant will also assist the PC Support team with
their daily workload (helpdesk request/tickets)
Job Requirement:
-Bachelor’s degree or above in IT or related fields is preferred
-Experience with installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and
peripherals (printers and scanners) is required
-Good communication skills and ability to guide non-technical users is required
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Windows 10 Enterprise environment is
required
- Familiarity with Avamar, Ivanti’s LANDESK, McAfee, and Symantec is preferred
