POSITION Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Frisco, TX
DURATION : 12 MONTHS


Mandatory skills: Active directory (provisioning and deprovisiong), UAM , break fix support, Patching, upgrading software
5+ years of experience with User Access Management technologies. Including:
Establish a good working relationship with the customer’s network and Identity/Access teams: Participate in customer scoping and design meetings for User Access Management/Access Requests
Provide forward looking guidance identifying future business needs around User Access Management/Access Requests, and advise on how to evolve their platforms in preparation to meet future needs.
Administer User Access Management/Access Request equipment, including design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, operational and capacity monitoring, and access
Patching
upgrading software,
system and policy changes,
capacity planning,
monitoring,
and break fix support.
7+ years of overall IT experience.

User Access Management/Access Request skills concentrations incontrol.
scoping,
designing,
implementing,
managing, and
Configuration management
Configuration management on UAM/UAR technologies.

Experience with Cisco ISE authentication tool.

2+ years experience working with LDAP and/or Active Directory

Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.

Experience as team lead or manager, evaluating and training subordinates.
