Job Description:
Be the technical SME and lead data solutions initiatives with client organizations.
Understand existing technical landscape and drive architecture and solution discussion to expand Persistent footprint
Translate business requirement into architecture and solution document based on industry best practices
Collaborate and work with cross-functional business and IT teams for solution design and implementation of new capabilities
Work with internal and external project stakeholders to define activities, task and deliverables for the project, monitor and report project progress, manage and coordinate issue and risk mitigation.
Coordinate and manage project execution in multi-shore and dual-shore environment
Effectively engage with account team to position best practice as part of solution delivery
Continuously communicate the value delivered as part of projects and initiatives within the client organization
Be the champion and go-to person for all data related projects within the client environment
Skill and Experience:
Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience at Enterprise-level end-to-end data warehouse and data projects
Understanding and experience with functional modules in the areas of Inventory management, Finance Management, CRM, Supply Chain and other associated business functions
ETL development & architecture in Informatica PC 9.x or any other industry standard ETL tool
Familiarity and experience with enterprise application like SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, salesforce.com and other similar applications.
Experience in projects related to Microsoft BI stack (MS-SQL, SSIS, SSRS)
Proficient in SQL/PLSQL & MSFT SQL Server
Knowledge and experience in best practices in Cloud technology involving AWS Data architecture and Data Lake projects.
Familiarity, knowledge and exposure to tools like Informatica, Cognos, Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Expertise in Data Profiling / Data Analysis / Reporting, Analytics and Dashboard creation
Project Management experience using Waterfall, Agile and Iterative processes
Familiarity with Industry best practices in software and solutions development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make business presentations for technical and business audiences
