Description:
Project manager with expert knowledge and experience from the financial sector in implementing fully operational SOC. Information security architect skills is needed.
This role will in a high degree interacting with managers and stakeholders to ensure high quality deliveries.
This role requires a high degree of problem solving, adaptation to possibly changing circumstances and a goal oriented focus that will ensure that any obstacles are overcome to achieve the objectives.
Description of assignment The role will be to assist and advice, plan and execute a large project to implement fully an operational SOC in the financial sector.
The project will design, deliver and implement Threat intelligence platform, Security Orchestration platform, SIEM platform, Use-case functionality, MSSP and a Big data solution.
All needed processes to operate the SOC will also be created and documented.
Experience - 10 years’ experience in IT cyber security - 5 years’ experience in project management Certifications required - CISSP - CISM Description of role The responsibilities will include planning, defining work packages, as well as time and resource management.
Other responsibilities will be analysing requirements, producing infrastructure architecture, overseeing solution design, developing or revision of work instructions as well as performing training exercises on cloud technologies with stakeholders when required.
The role will be responsible for collaborating and coordinating with other teams within Nordea, with Cloud Service Providers and external Subject Matter Experts SMEs.

Description of assignment The role will be focused on developing security controls for cloud provider environments.
This will include analysing regulatory requirements, Nordeas security requirements and other internal requirements.
The main work will focus on developing Software Architecture Definitions SAD and Solution Design Documents SDD that describes how to implement these security controls in Azure, AWS and in T-systems OTC.
To succeed with implementation, supporting work instructions will be developed together with stakeholders and training exercises will be held to train key personnel in specific cloud technologies.
