Job Description :
Microstrategy support requirements:
Basic understanding of MicroStrategy reporting tool is required.
Working knowledge in using MicroStrategy Object Manager for package deployments is required.
Should be able to create and manage users in MicroStrategy.
Should be able to create basic reports in MicroStrategy and troubleshoot user issues.
Other support activities include on-call support, server monitoring, patching checkouts, root cause analysis and maintaining SLA’s for the ticket’s coming in.
Informatica Powercenter support requirements:
Basic understanding of Informatica Power Center tools: Repository Manager (for connection setup and release object deployment), Workflow Monitor and Workflow Manager
Basic understanding on use of Informatica Administrator Console for creation and management of users in Informatica, troubleshooting of Informatica issues, review of Informatica logs
Familiarity with Linux/UNIX scripts
Familiarity with execution of DMLs on Oracle database
Other support activities include on-call support, server monitoring, patching checkouts and root cause analysis
Additional tasks:
- Config management tickets and representation on CAB
