Title: Program Manager
Location: Mountain View, CA
Type: Contract- W2
Rate: $53/hr on W2
Manage all aspects of program deliverables from project inception to full lifecycle implementation, vendor resource oversight & status reporting for strategic & tactical integrated workforce planning Master Data Management [MDM] initiatives working with key internal stakeholders
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Work closely with all levels of the organization including: educating on master data issues and opportunities, communicating the impact on complex integrated business processes, and establishing the master data quality metrics and targets
Educate, and provide guidance / assistance to internal stakeholders team on vendor engagement (contracting, onboarding, and access provisioning)
Own the Vendor Management Office (VMO) intakes workflow
Project manage strategic transformation projects for resource planning and management
Assist with various operational project management initiatives including, where applicable or requested, supply chain assessment, logistics and preparation of operational metrics, and ad hoc analysis and project
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory
Bachelors Degree in any field with Equivalent experience 5 years of experience in an MDM role, designing and creating the architecture of MDM solutions, data modeling and/or business data analyses Master Data Domain experience in one or more of the following data domains (e.g., Product, Customer, Individual, Vendor) (Proof of MDM: Master Data Management is a must) Comfortable navigating ambiguity Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization. Problem solver with strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills.

Involvement in defining, implementing, and running Data Governance efforts Data centric skills and focus, e.g. master data management, data analysis, data quality, data integration, data governance, analytics, etc. Experience managing and overseeing vendors, contractors and temps Prior experience applying data mastering principals or working in reference data management Experience in SQL, Tableau, Metrics Dashboards and Data Visualization and G Suite (Calendar, Sheets, Drive, Docs, Forms etc) Fluency in PMP, Six Sigma (Green or Black), DMAIC, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, SCIPAB, and other quality tools
