Description:
Proven professional and technical experience in an enterprise AWS cloud environment with a focus on customer service and delivery role managing and mitigating escalations.

8+ years of experience with Oracle (11g and 12c) & PostgreSQL RDBMS, installation, up-gradation and configuration management.
Should be Strong in AWS Cloud Services RDS, EC2, S3, Cloud Formation, ELB, AWS Backup, Lambda, Cloudwatch & SNS.

Hands on Experience with AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) & AWS SCT, Amazon Redshift, DynamoDB, AWS RDS Aurora (PostgreSQL, MySQL
Develop and implement AWS database migration and upgrade plan for Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS Redshift Databases & Cross-Platform Migrations.

Re-factoring/Re-platforming legacy databases as per client requirements and assisting in configuring, testing, deploying them.

Design and Build databases for project teams for different business requirements.
Strong Experience on Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN), Tape Backups, AWS Snapshot Backup & Restoration, PostgreSQL Backup & Recovery.

Develop and implement backup, recovery, and cloning of all databases ( Oracle, PostgreSQL) Pro-actively monitor and optimize system performance using tuning, optimization, AWR, RDS Performance Tuning, Load & Stress Testing and other methods, Subject matter expert in providing detailed AWS Database Migration planning and design information to project coordinators.

5+ years of experience with enterprise scale Linux, AIX Administration Design & Build Multiple Standby DR setups (Active Data guard), configure DG Broker and maintain existing DR’s. Maintain AWS Security Group Access & Modifications. AWS EC2 & RDS Performance Tuning.

Should have knowledge in Power BI Desktop & Gateway Servers.
Bash/Shell Scripting, Script to automate common repeatable tasks.

Works well with cross-functional global and remote teams Proven ability to collaborate with team members to achieve successful customer outcomes Strong presentation, verbal and written skills, excellent customer service, as well as high attention to detail ITIL Knowledge (Incident, Change and Problem Management) and related tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy) Publish, improve and maintain technical documentation along with processes and procedures.
