JOB TITLE: Computer Systems Engineer/ Architect
JOB DUTIES: As Computer Systems Engineer/ Architect the employee will be responsible for the following job duties:
Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Analyze business requirements, provide solutions, modify or enhance existing applications and systems. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes, maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies. Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks. Participate in the design of information and operational support systems, provide 2nd and 3rd level support. Perform applications and systems management and integration functions, manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. May oversee, guide and mentor team members or other professionals (depending on project or level of responsibility
May engage in long-term and/or short-term travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. to join established, operating onsite project teams with close, frequent supervision by a manager.

For junior position:
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent in Comp/ Sciences/ Engineering/ Math/ Business, or closely related field + 1 year experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, experience and training is acceptable.
For senior position:
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent in Comp/ Sciences/ Engineering/ Math/ Business or closely related field + 5 yrs experience or Master''s or equivalent in Comp/ Sciences/ Engineering/ Math/ Business or closely related field + 1 yr experience. Experience in job offered or related.
