Job Description:
· Clear understanding of Cognos BI 10 and 11, Cognos Framework and Cube development, networking, relational and OLAP database designs, KPI dashboard development, BI documentation
· Experience should include maintenance and support activities, performance monitoring and tuning, upgrading versions, software configuration,
· Maintain and monitor all BI environments including development, test, production, and disaster recovery.
· Should have experience in general IT processes such as Change Management, Configuration Management, Problem Resolution, and Incident Tracking combined in general data warehouse and business intelligence report development
