Cloud Architect

JD:
Defines and supports ETL, data, and business intelligence architectures
Manages the integration of cloud application and infrastructure services into existing IT systems
Coordinates with technology brokers to evaluate new cloud technologies and service offerings
Coordinates with enterprise architects and information architects to ensure new cloud services align to roadmaps and to understand the impact on the organization’s information architecture
Develops and adheres to data modeling standards and best practices
Understands business requirements and works with process analysts to ensure that integration activities enhance business processes or to minimize any negative impact
Liaises with external providers to resolve any issues in the functionality and interoperability of new cloud applications, cloud-based infrastructure, and other cloud services with existing IT systems
Coordinates testing efforts to identify and resolve system integration issues You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Expert in application design/architecture, integration architecture development, and enterprise application integration
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure capabilities
Understanding of business intelligence, data warehouse and data lake technologies.
Competent in service and IT architecture development
Builds a collaborative working relationship with various internal and external stakeholders
Competent in new technology evaluation and should be able to support technical change management
Ability to perform functional requirements analysis and business process analysis • Knowledge of Power BI desired
Three-to-five years of experience as a cloud architect, application integration specialist, or in fields related to enterprise application integration (EAI)
