Job Description :
Overview
St. Jude is looking for someone who has advanced analytical skills and experience with Cerner’s documentation applications. This person will be responsible for the design, build, maintenance, and content upgrades of Powerform and Powernote applications. Support AMiON (on call schedule), eScription, Dragon Medical One, Resonance, and Cerner Direct. Participate in the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of new provider related applications such as Dynamic Documentation, PowerChart Touch, Message Center, etc.  Assist with provider training sessions and go live supports during and after business hours and be available for on call support after business hours.  
Minimum Education

Bachelor''s Degree in Management Information Systems or in a Patient Care or Clinically Related Specialty such as Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory Medicine/Pathology, Respiratory Therapy, etc. is required.

Minimum Experience

Minimum three years experience in a patient care or clinically related specialty such as: Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory Medicine/Pathology, Respiratory Therapy, etc.
Must include one year of departmental experience in a designated or defacto role with such responsibilities as Departmental Analyst/Coordination/System Liaison; Project Leader; Systems Support/Development.
Three (3) years of direct clinical analyst experience may be considered in lieu of direct patient care or clinically related specialty experience.
Experience with Cerner is required. 
Knowledge of HIMS software is preferred or must be willing to take HIM coding courses as it relates to provider documentation

Other Credentials

Registration, certification (or equivalent) in area of specialty preferred.
