Job Description :
Should have at least 12-15 years of IT experience
Delivery management role for CDM should have account mining experience (Mandatory)
Client Delivery Executive– 12 to 15 Years of Experience
Entrepreneurial, Highly adaptable senior executive with experience of managing senior client relationships
Responsible for day-to-day delivery operations to ensure contractual commitments are met for all in scope services
Has the ability to work effectively with individuals from different organizations and onshore and offshore locations while providing quality leadership, possesses effective problems solving skills and ability to work through issues to arrive at win/win resolutions
Must be a strong and collaborative team player
Brings the ability to work in New Digital Age Delivery models (Example: Agile, Kanban etc
Generates additional business opportunities with the client
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of applicable project management and/or operational management standards and procedures
Possesses a thorough understanding of the business and commercial context of the organization
Excellent delegation skills, negotiation skills and people management
Ability to manage complex projects (Application Development and Maintenance, Testing) and well versed with new technologies; J2EE, AI, Data Analytics, Cloud Technologies
Good to Have – Experience with Rail Road Sector
