Job Description :
Responsible for the overall Program delivery of Enterprise CRM Implementation using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Overall program delivery (end-to-end)
- Own prep and distribution of key stakeholder communications including status update to project stakeholders, working committee status review, Steering Comm updates
- Manage budgets, actuals, change requests
- Vendor management
- Manage overall project plan including vendor/partner deliverables
- Manages internal Blackhawk deliverables, manage vendor (implementing the core Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution), and 3rd party software integrations (Marketo, etc. Leads the effort to scope, resource, and schedule complex project plans. Drives project
- progress and works cross-functionally at the senior management level to resolve issues and clear roadblocks. Communicates key project messages to all levels of the organization.
- Manage RAID log
- Facilitate key meetings
- Knowledgeable with all phases of CRM implementation including CRP, UAT, and Cutover Planning
