Roles and Responsibilities:
6 Years of Experiance in CRM
1. Conduct discussions with Customers of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Interprets and translates specifications into
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM application and business requirements.
2. Produces a project plan, outlining the size and time frame needed to complete customer CRM requirements.
3. Implement and customize business applications using Dynamics 365 CRM, ASP.Net Technology, C#, IIS, SQL, SSIS,
SSRS, Java Script, and Web Service.
4. Provide timely resolution for customer issues.
5. Hold teams accountable to project quality standards through KPI identification and testing plan.
6. Must have experience of working in Agile (Scrum) & DevOps setup
