Position- Business analyst ( oracle hcm )
Duration - 1 year
Location - Ft. Lauderdale, FL

DESCRIPTION
Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements, continuously identify functionality gaps and solutions for configuration, reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions, and create and maintain all documentation for application set-ups
Support Oracle HCM for multiple US locations
Collaborate with functional areas of the business and IT to identify, evaluate and implement new enhancements, integrations, business processes and technologies to drive HR performance improvements
Provide day-to-day end-user support (including system configuration, complex formulas and system maintenance) and assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Oracle HCM
Serve as lead for simple to complex project tasks and/or work threads

Strong business acumen with proven ability to understand and anticipate business needs and provide optimal solutions
Experience in Employee Data Management, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Acquisition, HR Helpdesk
Experience in implementing and supporting HRIS systems
External, customer-facing, business consulting experience
Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions using Oracle HCM
Able to qualify for a US Government clearance
Qualifications:
6+ Years Oracle HCM experience
5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting a Human Resource and payroll service groups.
4 year Degree or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field
