"Job Description: We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our new Customer Experience (CX) Operations team. In this role you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and implementing a professional services automation tool across multiple teams. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong previous experience with professional services automation tools (Clarizen, Workfront preferred) and Salesforce.
Required Skills:
3+ years of business systems experience as an administrator of SaaS applications
2+ years experience with SalesForce, Clarizen (or other PSA or project management solutions), or JIRA
Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and a great team player with excellent communication skills
Experience designing a self -service request portal
Strong problem solving and technical skills to effectively design quality solutions
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and solve problems proactively
Certified Professional Jira Administrator preferred
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred
Experience working in a heavily customized business system environment is a plus
