Position: Business Analyst with Six Sigma
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 6+ Month

Must Have: BA with MFG background
Good to have Six Sigma black belt
Job Description:
Work with Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering teams and document ASIS business process
Lead Business meetings for Metric / KPI definitions
Document and review Functional Requirements
Create Logical and Semantic data models designs for self serve data applications
Testing to ensure quality of bi-weekly deliverables meet committed functionality
Lead SAP functional analyst to analyze gaps in data and generate source to target mappings
Experience:
2+ years leading continual improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Ideally in a medical device manufacturing organization.
3+ years Inspection and testing experience in Quality, Inspection, or Manufacturing department.
5+ years with Quality Management System policies and procedures
Other Requirements:
Quality improvement tools, certifications, mentoring experience ( preferably Six Sigma black belt, SPC, Root Cause Analysis)
Reliability engineering and failure analysis
Ability to learn new process and programs quickly
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field is plus
Flexible and responsive to dynamics in business needs
