Job Details:
Collecting and analyzing business requirements by coordinating interviews, requirement workshops, business and workflow analysis and general research.
Performs activities related to the planning, review, and evaluation and definition of end-to-end business processes to develop associates process improvement recommendations to be implemented.
Supports partnerships with organizational leadership, sponsors and end-users to help define the goals and deliverables throughout the initiative.
Documenting the acquired results of analysis as well as obtaining acceptance from the appropriate stakeholders.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between solution options.
Provide technical support to application teams during implementations of new services and provide subject matter expertise for support escalations
Ability to communicate effectively across the organization and client.
Communicate progress and outcomes to appropriate stakeholders
Provide clarification/direction to development and support teams regarding requirements.
Supports process initiatives within the committed timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or Information Technology.
1 - 3 years IT/Business Analysis or related experience.
Experience working within the Project Management Lifecycle or System Development Lifecycle (SDLC
Utility experience is a must have
