Role : Business Analyst

Location : Richmond CA


Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Work stream leader

Evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions

Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution

Manage components of engagements

Develop work plans for components of engagements

Develops materials to support business development initiatives

Manages quality delivery

Lead problem solving process

Project work thread management

Client interview and workshop facilitation

Leads stakeholder interviews

Business case development

Deliverable development

Promote and direct process improvement activities

Completes tasks and sets priorities without supervision.

Supervise and lead a small project teams

Effectively facilitate meetings with project team members

Education/Experience:

Generally holds a recognized professional qualification or certification CPA, CISA, CISM, CMC, CISSP, SAP
certification, Oracle certification etc.

Ability to present persuasively and effectively

Able to effectively facilitate meetings with project team members

Ability to lead project sub-teams with consistent oversight

Ability to provide task leadership to staff and manage junior staff

Ability to offer specialized functional, technical or industry expertise to business process improvement and strategy
engagements

Often a recent MBA or other graduate degree

At least one area of focused expertise in an industry and service line

5-7 years of relevant work experience
