What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) Position will be responsible for defining and documenting an upgrade Change Control Process for NAMM ITSM. Current process needs to be updated a refined to include Change Management, Request Management, Deployment Management, Fix/Enhance Requests, Operational Projects and Changes, Infrastructure Support, and Approval Workflow.
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? Previous Experience building and maintaining a change management process.
