Lead efforts to create the RFP for the HCMS. Collaborate with staff from IT, Human Resources, and Finance Payroll.
Expertise in HCMS applications will be a huge plus
Act as a liaison between Finance Payroll, Human Resources, other stakeholders, architects, and subject matter experts.
Assist and take lead where needed around organizational change management efforts of the project.
Produce project documentation including timelines, milestones, and budget.
Facilitate sessions that document the ''as is'' and/or the ''to be'' processes and procedures of business operations and integrate customer provided subject matter expertise.
Work with the project team including project managers, solution architects, and customer departments to assess, plan, and implement new solutions based on business process analysis, methodologies, and principals.
Apply problem solving and critical thinking skills to complex problems.
Experience with Public Sector and union environments is a Plus

Position Description
This position is responsible for collaborating with business subject matter experts to elicit Business Requirements and Business Needs.
This position will be responsible for gathering Business Requirements and creating the Functional Requirements and Specifications that developers can use to create software solutions.
BA should lead, managing, and coordinating the development process and solution effectively and efficiently. The individual will build relationships with key stakeholders both in the business areas and IT. This position will require technical writing and visual principles to combine/convert meeting discussions, white-board sessions, vendor and industry documentation, and technical artifacts into well-formed, standardized, maintainable documentation. This position will be able to prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports.

Position Description
This position is responsible for owning the business relationship for assigned projects of medium to large size and/or complexity from the PMO’s Project Portfolio. Understand stakeholder needs and business issues to be addressed. Collaborate with the business and technical stakeholders to define needs and ensure understanding. Coordinate with the project manager and business owner for project intake (ideation and inception), maintain relationships with the business and drive standard business processes across the Enterprise. Lead communication across various IT and business teams while coordinating analysis efforts.
Own the delivery of the Business Requirements Package by performing stakeholder analysis, document business requirements; develop business case, process map and impact analysis and create traceability of business requirements to technical requirements, test cases and User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases.
Recommend Business Solutions. Evaluate and recommend business solutions to business (es) or IT based on business analysis results.
Coordinate UAT for assigned projects. Author UAT documentation deliverables (UAT Test Plan, UAT Test Results, and UAT Defect Log Drive UAT execution and resolution of identified defects.
Support Project Manager by tracking project progress, identifying risks, and communicating status to the business (es) and organizational leadership.
Mentor business and IT resources on the BA and UAT roles and responsibilities. Coach business users in their roles and responsibilities for UAT, including UAT test planning, UAT test execution, and user acceptance criteria.
