Candidate should have 9 + years of experience.
Life Sciences / Pharma experience & excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize and handle pressure/ deadlines
BA - support to senior developers
Need a resource who is good in Life Science domain skills and has knowledge of various data sources like IMS DDD, IMS Exponent, Specialty Pharma, etc.
Need to have commercial analytics skills (Sales operations, reporting, assessment study
Having exposure to open source data (HCP master) will be added advantage.
Need to have SAS, SQL and excel reporting skills. Exposure to R will be added advantage.
The person will be working with both IT and Business stake holders (Analytics and Sales operations) thus should have very good communication skills thus can explain any business specific requirements from Client to IT transformation teams and also manage various sets of required documentations.
The associate should be aquinted with measurement and track of key KPIs delivered through Dashboards covering agreed upon metrics.
Provide documentation support to develop/modify process, procedures and other help documents that aid BSG staff with clear understanding of business operations
