Position Description:
This role is split between a product manager and product designer. Previously it would have been referred to as a technical BA. This role is working with the RSA Archer technology, working with the business product owner(s) to gather requirements, translate those requirements into User Stories which allow the software engineers to configure the RSA Archer software. This role involves performing the activities of a Scrum Master . Running the Agile ceremonies. So familiarity with agile software development is required. It also includes Problem Solving . including testing the software and diagnosing defects. The ideal candidate is someone who works well with others, is a self-starter and is comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Experience Required:
-The ideal candidate is someone who is more towards the technical side of the spectrum. -Agile software development -Retirements gathering and problem solving.
Experience Preferred:
-Experience working with RSA Archer, or Open Text D2 Software
Education Required:
B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field
