Position : Business Analyst
Location : Albany,NY-12205
Duration : 24 Months Contract

Job Description :
At least 72 months experience in planning and performing IT system research and information gathering activities including conducting individual or group interviews, distributing surveys, and reviewing documents
At least 72 months experience in reviewing, documenting, and categorizing current or as-is state of the business process or function including creating flow charts and process models, and developing portions of the desired future or to-be state of those processes
At least 72 months experience in identifying and documenting the scope of business process changes or enhancements required by procedural changes or by changes to Federal, State or local laws and statutes
At least 72 months experience in developing test data scenarios, analyzing the results, and validating requirements throughout the business analysis process
At least 48 months experience in developing training plans and training users on new IT system functions or business processes
At least 48 months experience in reviewing and analyzing business process deficiencies requiring resolution during or after implementation
At least 48 months experience in performing business analysis intelligence activities, such as data mining, to extract data for forecasting, service delivery metrics, and providing management with data to make policy decisions
At least 36 months experience with Innotas, TFS, and Quality Center
