Description:
Minimum of 5-8 years Hands On experience on the Big Data Platform
Tasks:
Lead and provide technical solutions and expertise for project teams and customers
Provide daily technical support for the Building New and renovation of environments
Analyze, recommend and implement improvements to support Environment Management initiatives
Provide strong troubleshooting and problem solving
Drive and support automation and integration of infrastructure and system processes
Support IAAS and Devops initiatives for infrastructure delivery transformation
Create all necessary documents and communicate to the team in support of the project
Conduct training and knowledge transfer

Specific Required Skills:
Looking for a Big Data / Cloudera Admin with skills, including:
At least 3 years’ experience with installation, configuration, administration, & testing of ecosystem: Hadoop, MapReduce, HDFS, HBase, Zookeeper, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Flume on Linux RHEL platform
Scripting experience, such as Python, Bash, in support of BigData/Cloudera automation
Unix Tools experience: Apache, Yum, RPM, etc.
Experienced working with development an QA teams to design Ingestion pipelines, Integration APIs, and provide Cloudera ecosystem services
Coordinate with development, network, and other teams to continue to build the existing infrastructure
Well experienced with the maintenance of the cluster using Cloudera Manager Enterprise
Experienced admin capable of supporting capacity planning and solution design decisions
Carry out performance tuning and capacity management.
Manage and review log files and help with problem determination and resolution
Assist team in identifying the root cause of slow performing jobs / queries (HDFS)
Develop tools to help administer jobs, manage queues, and monitor performance.
Infrastructure engineering experience with a minimum of 10 years’ experience with:
Experience building robust Test environments
Environment Infrastructure Build and Automation
Strong Scripting and Automation experience
Strong Hands-on Middleware experience
Extensive SDLC experience
Ability to analyze and trouble-shoot Mid-tier/Mainframe infrastructure issues.
