Title : Big Data Developer/Hadoop Developer
Duration : 6+ months
Location : Alpharetta, GA
The responsibility of this position includes data protection, logging and monitoring for data security of our Big Data, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Data Warehouse platforms. Tools will be used to automatically classify column level data according to confidentiality categories, laws, and corporate policies. This position will also be responsible for deployment of ML/AI capabilities to automatically detect and alert data usage anomalies. Encryption, tokenization, data masking, etc. will be applied to data according to confidentiality levels. This resource will assist team members in resolving vulnerabilities found with their applications and tracking to resolution.
B.S. in computer science or equivalent work experience
6+ years in related discipline (data security, application security, big data management, network security and/or application development)
Experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation
Teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations and lead cross-functional teams
Communication & stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of the telecom industry and data management activities.
Problem solving skills to develop quick yet sound solutions to resolve complex issues
Programming Language(s): KSH, .NET or JAVA
