Detailed Job Description:
Lead the team(offshore/onshore) technically and ensure the delivery of all aspects of the project
design , development , design and code reviews. using Spark Scala Python scripting languages.
Requirements analysis and translation to technical specifications
Project planning, identification and remediation of risks and issues
Estimation of various product tracks
Interact with customer and participate in business and system requirements sessions
Perform performance optimizations for Big Data, Phython, Spark code and HYVE database
Responsible for delivering the project as per customer requirements within the given time period
Requirement gap analysis and transforming the functional specs into technical specs.
Setting the development standards and ensuring the quality of deliverables
