ALIFICATIONS:
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and highly relevant experience required.
· Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and highly relevant experience preferred.
Prior Related Experience:
· Minimum six (6) years’ experience with relational databases, ETL and web applications required.
· Two (2) years’ healthcare experience required.
Employment Eligibility:
· Candidate has not been sanctioned or excluded from participation in federal or state healthcare programs by a federal or state law enforcement, regulatory, or licensing agency.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Working experience with Agile/Lean SDLC concepts and methodologies
· Advanced knowledge of SSIS, SSRS.
· Ability to write advanced SQL queries for testing validation activities.
· Ability to test complex reports and extracts from relational databases.
· Experience testing web applications and API integrations.
· Advanced experience with programming languages; SQL, C#, .net, Access.
· Advanced Experience using Test Case Management tools.
· Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Sharepoint
· Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with analysts, developers and management.
· Ability to lead small department work groups.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Knowledge of the healthcare industry business transaction processing required.
· Ability to be a role model for standards of professional demeanor and team work.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently while exceeding established turnaround and accuracy standards.
