Position: Mainframe consultant
Location: Richardson, TX

Technical Skills:
Associate need to be having good hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies (COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, MF Utilities) Role Expectations: Prior Experience in Production Support and Maintenance projects will be an added advantage. Engagement requires 24x7 On-call support is required, so associates should be willing to work on weekends / holidays on-call Process Knowledge: Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Fulfillment and Event Management is required for this role as a Managed Services engagement. Adherence to ITIL standard processes are mandatory for the engagement Contractual Commitments: Engagement has Critical Services Levels and Key Measurements committed to client. There are penalties if CSL are missed, so associates need to ensure that no CSL miss happens while delivering responsibilities
