Job Description :
· At least 5 years’ experience on Avaya Aura platform including Communication Manager System Manager Session Manager

· At least 4 years’ experience in telecom network design installation and maintenance

· Experience with Application Enablement Server Session Border Controller and Call Management Server

· Network experience preferred ability to understand L2 and L3 Network protocols and ability to perform VoIP troubleshooting

· Experience deploying and supporting VoIP end points including h323 and SIP devices as well as VoIP trunks and carrier SIP solutions

· Experience in implementing managing IVR solutions from Avaya

· Experience performing software upgrades on Avaya Aura Platform

· Experience with Nice Total View

· Experience in managing voice recording solution preferably Verint Call Recording Experience with ACD call setup and CMS reporting

· Strong Customer Service Attitude Good Communication and Team Work Skills

· Events Incidents and Service Requests tasks
