Job Description :
Overview
St. Jude is anticipating the need for an Applications Analyst this summer. The Applications Analyst is responsible for day-to-day coordination and development of assigned administrative and financial information system applications. The Applications Analyst will participate in the design, development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of new and legacy systems.  The Applications Analyst will stay current in administrative and financial practice and will incorporate this knowledge into future system planning and deployment.
Minimum Education

Bachelor''s Degree is required
Management Information Systems or Administrative/Financial Specialty is preferred 

Minimum Experience

Three (3) years of experience supporting administrative and financial applications is required.
One (1) additional year of information system application support and/or development experience is required.
Two (2) years of experience supporting a leading ERP system (Infor/Lawson, Workday, Oracle, etc) is preferred.
Advanced interpersonal skills (writing and communication) and strong analytical skills to affect changes in fiscal operations, to provide guidance, communicate and interpret complex administrative and financial information are required.
Functional knowledge of project management methodologies is required.
Experience with requirements collection and documentation, business rules analysis, modeling processes (use cases, activity diagrams, flow charts, swim-lane process diagrams, etc
Experience with database query tools is required.
Experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Crystal Reports is preferred.
