Application Support Engineer
6+ years of experience as support engineer with understanding of ITIL
Excellent communication skills and willing to work long hours including weekends
Experienced in ticket triaging and resolving tickets for production
and non-production environments based on SOP / Checklist
Experienced in monitoring tools like Graphana and AppDynamics
Good understanding of splunk is required
Good understanding of PCF is required. AWS knowledge will be a plus.
Exposure to large enterprise with understanding of various middleware
systems like Application servers , Web Servers, Weblogic servers, JMS
, Kafka ,Tibco, Apigee, WCS, Database etc
Good understanding of unix / linux is required
Doing RCA and providing necessary reporting to stakeholders is required
Ability to learn new technologies and scale to new business needs is required.
