Job Role:
Part of support organization which includes weekends and 24X7 support in a global teams (global delivery model)/ been part of L2/L3 support teams
Experience in Apache Tomcat
SQL and Oracle Database queries and migration experience/Shell scripting
Experience on Java middleware and web sphere
Aware of Disaster recovery testing
Unix/Linux OS environments experience
Experience with transportation/shipment industry or experience with any customs or port of entry process is preferred.
