Involved with full systems life cycle to include planning, coding, testing, and documentation. Experienced in system analysis, design, and quality assurance. Consults with user to identify current operating procedure and clarify program objectives and makes recommendations about new code or reuse of existing code. Bachelor''s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field. Ability to manage multiple assignments. Superior written and oral communication skills. 6-10+ years of experience.

JOB TITLE:

Application Tier-3 Support, Handling the tickets, Analysis & debugging, work with interfacing systems, resolve the tickets, route the tickets to appropriate systems, make necessary code changes, production release support, Production Implementations, Health Checks, Sanity Checks, Production Validation and Verification
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
UNIX, COBOL, CICS, ADABAS, NATURAL, Experience in Application Tier-3 Support
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelors/Masters
REQUIRED SHIFT: Standard 9-5, “on call” at any time
