Position Summary:
We are seeking a proven project leader with strong Agile Scrum experience. This individual will assist our Design team on planning and executing new initiatives focused around building out our platform for internal and external marketing and communications.

Candidates must thrive in a fast paced and highly ambiguous environment working with emerging technologies, high risks and uncertainty. Candidates must also be able to work closely with multiple functional teams including Product Management, Design and Development and across multiple project locations to enable successful project outcomes. Experience working with or in agile teams and understanding of agile practices and LEAN start-up highly preferred. Developing mobile applications is also a plus.

Responsibilities:
Day-to-day leadership of a team including running sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
Brainstorm with team members on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks
A continuous improvement mindset and dedication to finding new and better ways of working
Reviewing and managing backlog items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated as appropriate
Ensuring work is appropriately balanced across team members and that all work is captured within the backlog
Excellent communications and people-interaction skills
Lead decision-making, issue resolution, managing risks, legal/compliance implications and building consensus among the team members and dependent teams.
Develop relationships with business, technology and vendor partners.
Understands needs of the team as well as partners to recommend options and remove impediments.
Collaborate with partners to create innovative solutions.
Balance immediate needs with long range goals and vision roadmap
Build a transparent, trustful environment with emphasis on problem solving
Provide product subject matter expertise to support development of collateral, internal communications & training, etc.
Take leadership/coordination role in testing process in order to ensure business needs are met.
Contribute to improving and sharing best practices across teams
Coordinate global resources across multiple locations including Boston, North Carolina, Ireland and India
