Job Description :
7-8+ years of experience with good working knowledge of SIP & H323 protocols, and has worked in Tier-1/2/3/4 support or QA or development and ready to support deployments/integration issues directly at customer sites.
Knowledge of VOIP, SIP domain with ability to provide technical support at customer site for troubleshooting of defects
Experience with integration or deployments of SIP/H.323 endpoints/environments.
Experience with installations, troubleshooting in Unified Communications deployments is a strong plus.
Knowledge of RTP/RTCP, BFCP, STUN/TURN etc protocols. is preferred.
Experience with working with CISCO, Polycom, Microsoft UC environments, end points a strong plus.
Strong communication skills: Strong verbal, written communication. Able to participate in meetings for technical discussions with multiple teams across the globe, able to present status/analysis.
Should be able to report progress and status in a timely and comprehensive manner
OS Concepts : good working knowledge of Linux, Windows
Good technical aptitude : Should have proven analytical / problem solving ability & Troubleshooting skills
