Create process documentation, write features and users stories
Process Analysis and Documentation
Works with stakeholders for requirements gathering
Work with IT for release commit dates of capabilities
Familiar with Agile methodology
Good follow-up skills
Excellent power point skills with ability to pull together executive presentations
Ability to track tasks and proactively drive them to completion
Familiar with Cisco tools
Maintain, Update information on Cisco Community Page
Knowledge of Change Management processes
Have worked cross functional teams: Sales, Ops, CPS, IT, BE, etc.
Must be analytical with the ability to create operational metrics, maintain dashboards, and reporting
Good analytical and data skills and ability to work & drive conversations independently
