Job Description :
The scope of key responsibilities includes:


Represent divestiture program team for projects within the divestiture space including transition planning during sign to close and execution of integration and separation activities post close until Day 2.
Responsibilities would also extend to include certain due diligence, reverse due diligence and market entry activities.
Organize and lead in-country teams in the planning and execution of project cutovers including asset/inventory transfers, order to cash setup and customer service and distribution channel readiness/optimization.
Be accountable for management of activities and obligations related to Transition Service Agreements and Transition Business Licensing Agreements including sales order to cash process setup and cutovers.
Develop strategies, working with divestiture teams, including testing, dry-runs, etc., to ensure that system cut-overs are critical
Manage project execution to ensure final project objectives (FPOs) as well as project timeline (critical milestones) and budget are met.
Ensure interdependencies and risks are properly highlighted and escalated through the proper channels and consistency in execution. 
Drive issue resolution, and ensure business and technology functions make key decisions in a timely manner to ensure divestiture remains on track.
Consistently drive project execution, risk mitigation and issue resolution with local team members and key stakeholders across global, regional and external entities.
