Job Description: Test Lead
The candidate should have 6 to 8 years’ experience in the functional and automation testing. ( Candidate should have Knowledge of various technology stacks , Agile Methodology ETC
Job Skills
Very strong hands on functional testing experience in onsite offshore model to support testing project
Candidate should have experience in enterprise application testing with integration with various third party preferably for migration activities.
Very well versed with end to end, SIT, UAT, exit criterion, risk based testing and sign off process.
Strong understanding of test design techniques
Should have experience in automation testing using Selenium, Protractor, browser stack etc.
Knowledge of implementing various testing methodologies, test automation tools and techniques for Mobile, Web, using Selenium.
Experience in Testing and managing .Net, C# and Selenium projects.
Exposure and understanding of Salesforce, SAP or BI systems
Strong understanding of Functional Decomposition methodology, estimation techniques, ability to provide technical solutions.
Good leadership, communication & documentation skills
Experience in validating test data using database
Management report preparation & Status reporting to customer management

Degree and / or relevant professional qualification and / or significant relevant consulting or industry expertise
Excellent communication skills
Strong team player with good organization, planning skills
