Job Description :
Experience required minimum 2.4 years of experience
Organizing and managing teams during end to end software development of the project and to ensure on-time completion by assessing client''s technical & project implementation needs; Need strong technical background with latest technology trends to support the technical service in the areas of Cloud, Software Development and Product Deployment/ Working knowledge with latest technologies which include but not limited to, Cloud technologies Amazon EC2, Computer Languages like Java, Python, C++, Web technologies like J2EE, HTML, JavaScript, .Net, selenium, Apache Libraries, Jenkin, Big Data Technologies, REST API, SOA. and Mobile Platforms
Implementing projects using latest Development methodologies like Agile and tools: Rally/ Jira, Understanding the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery methodologies (Cl/ CD) and related tools like Jenkin, Maven/ Gradle to support various client Agile project delivery needs, Participate in recruitment, orientation and ongoing training of new Information technology team or personnel
Plan for recruitment and assign the right technical re8ources as per the needs identified
Require strong technical understanding of software/hardware solutions and work closely with professional services, presale teams, and customer stakeholders to define, implement and document the needs (technical and process related)
Establishing/updating Information technology policies, processes and strategies by analyzing the current organization goals,results, and identifying the issues/ flaws; Meeting Organization information technology staff goals by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and reviewing job results by initiating and coordinating policies, and procedures
Perform day-to-day coordination with technical members, review project executions, address the technical issues and review the performance of allocated technical resources
Perform risk management and change management on projects where the technical staff members are working currently on the projects
Working on company new projects/ staffing needs by communication directly with customer, vendors, and staying informed of relevant technical trends and information technology news
Creating requests for proposals and coordinate with various team members while working on new client assignments
Qualification Required : Any Bachelor’s degree
