At least 2-3 years of experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
Ability to turnaround with quality resumes
Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & other eligible to work VISA holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp
Experience negotiating compensation and follow through the recruiting lifecycle to close a candidate
Experience using recruiting portals (Dice, TechFetch) and professional networking sites (Linked In) is desirable.
Experience using ATS systems like Ceipal.
Willing to work as per EST time zone /Night Shifts and ready to start immediately.
Excellent written, verbal communication & interpersonal skills. Should be no less than 7/10 on communication skills.
