Interviews will be done by our Engagement Manager initially, then we will submit to the client and our team. All candidates must have Microsoft O365/Microsoft stack migration experience, and Insurance background is preferred.

100% remote – but all candidates must be able to be travel to Boston as needed for meetings, etc.

Job Description:

Position will be responsible for working with customers to define strategies, roadmaps and architectures aligned to support premise to cloud migration and enablement

Expert knowledge of Microsoft technologies
Comfortable with Agile based software delivery methodologies
Strong leadership and general management skills
Good communication, negotiation, conflict resolution capabilities
Demonstrated understanding of organizational environment and projects alignment to organization objectives
Experience serving as a thought leader, domain expert and/or contributor in solution architecture development
Advanced presentation skills to either a business or technical audience
Comfortable tailoring and articulating complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences
Strong documentation skills
Strong architecture diagramming skills
Highly professional, experience working in mixed environments directly with EVP and C-level sponsors or line level technical staff

Desirable/Points of Differentiation

Experience working with financial services organizations
Experience with deploying solutions on leading market cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, IMB, etc
