Job Description:
Our Jacksonville, Florida area client is looking for a seasoned Data Warehouse professionals for immediate placement. These are long-term contract consulting assignments that will run through the end of 2019 and well beyond. The preference will be to have someone onsite.
Data Warehouse Architect
This resource is needed to lead a critical PAC Sunset effort within their Data Warehouse team. They are retiring their PAC system which is strategic IT effort that needs a dedicated resource assigned to drive/lead, from a PM perspective, as well as understand the technology they are using in this Legacy Financial System Sunset project.
Overview of duties & responsibilities:
Code (DataStage/SQL/Cognos) jobs
Perform Code Reviews
Create and document new process and procedures
Responsible/Accountable for Resource deliverables
Effectively communicate with IT and Business partners
Manage a Project Plan
Required skills:
Data Stage coding and development
Cognos Package and Report development
Able to perform Data Stage Code reviews
Data Modeling with both Oracle and SQL Databases
Experience leading/mentoring Financial Development efforts and Development teams
