Scope of Work for SQL DBA/Systems Software Analyst



The following services required:

·         SQL Apps DBA

·         Software patching

·         Ordering Hardware/Software

·         License Management

·         Local support for software team.  Monitor alarms/alerts

·         Coordinate downtime events with the Business

·         Support IS audits and self assessment activities

·         SharePoint Administration
