Job Description:
Responsible for analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation for new and existing business application software, and production support for systems with medium complexity. Qualifications include good organizational skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, good time management skills, ability to work independently, and effectively communicate with customers. The incumbent must be capable of working at a broad technical level in all phases of the application systems project life-cycle, and must be able to apply business knowledge and technical skills to systems development.
Good Analytical and Communication skill
Excellent knowledge in SDLC , agile and other implementation methodologies
Pega implementation methodology knowledge
Well versed with Pega guard rails
Experience in developing and managing Workflows, User Interfaces, Activities, Utility and Decision Rules
Experience in various types of rules like Correspondence rules, Integration rules, Validation Rules
Excellent knowledge on using debugging like Clipboard, Tracer and Data Transforms
Experience on PRPC reporting tools
Having Java, SQL and XML is a great plus
Healthcare experience is a plus.
Pega Care Management Framework is a plus.
Minimum 3 year experience in required Pega development work. Must be CSA (Certified System Architect) at minimum. CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) is preferred.
