Data Discovery, Data Profiling, Data Mining
Data Subsetting, Data Masking
Synthetic Data Generation, Data Provisioning
Data Reservation, Maintaining Data Gold Copy


Measuring current state of TDM service
Defining target states
Developing strategies, Defining SOPs
Estimating, planning, execution oversight, metrics reporting and risk management
Providing thought leadership and expertise in recommending solution patterns for the team
Ability to understand complex data structure and data modeling patterns
Hands on TDM tool expertise (IBM Optim, CA TDM, Informatica TDM, Delphix, GenRocket, etc
Ability to write complex queries in one or more databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in understanding enterprise architecture
Expertise in developing Data Flow documentation
Good to have – Scripting skills on of the scripting languages (VB Script, Python, Perl, etc






Qualification


Minimum of 3 years of TDM experience in any of the (IBM Optim, CA TDM, Informatica TDM, Delphix, GenRocket, etc tools



Strong expertise in writing complex queries in one or more databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc
