(Hammer testing knowledge is must)
Expert Knowledge in Testing Genesys Architecture for Voice & Multimedia.
Proficient with Hammer & Selenium automation testing tools.
Prior experience in testing most of the below Genesys components:
a) Speech-enabled, self-service Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”) system
b) Sophisticated multi-channel level routing
c) Enhanced real-time and historical reporting
d) Chat and email functionality
e) Callback and outbound functionality
f) Genesys Interaction Recording (“GIR”)
g) Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition (“WDE”)
