Solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem. Good functional/technical of SFMC functionalities including AMPscript, SQL, automation studio, landing pages and journey builder etc.
Strong consulting and/or marketing technology implementation experience.
Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. technical lead, functional lead, work stream lead, solution architect, project manager)
Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and document the business process flows
Create and maintain the Functional Specs documentation and work collaboratively with the team to test and deploy the system changes
Strong presentation, relationship and interpersonal skills required for internal interaction
Advanced knowledge of SCRUM and experience working in highly agile environments. Usage of tools like JIRA is very much desired
Ability to support/mentor the development team during the sprints and manage the sprint backlogs
Ability to do modify front end configuration is a must
Experience in Data migration and Integration is an added advantage
