Network Security Architect
Northwest Houston, Texas
6-12 months+ contract
Client: HEWLETT PACKARD
Interview Mode: Telephonic and Video
Rate: $60-65/Hr on w2(without benefits)
The Network Security Architect will be responsible for working with the Operations and Support Team to design and develop moderately complex components of the systems infrastructure for multiple internal clients across the global enterprise.
The engineer will be working with a small team of skilled engineers to analyze and understand a variety of existing and emerging business requirements and interface with technology engagement teams, in providing best in class firewall solutions that align to meet business and technology requirements.
Required Skills:
Experience designing/building various firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Aruba)
Strong proven design or configuration experience of network routing/switching (routing protocols, multicast, and other LAN protocols)
Experience designing and configuring infrastructure hardening systems using Infoblox and Checkpoint and Fortinet security apps
Experience designing configuration standards
